Tasty pies in lavash
2-3 thin lavash;
200 g of ham;
150 g hard cheese;
2-3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
salt, pepper, parsley to taste;
rast. oil for frying.
Wash and dry all vegetables. Cut into either strips or small cubes, as convenient.
Mix everything in one container and season with mayonnaise
Beat eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
Lavash is cut so that we can form an envelope out of it. We put the stuffing inside, form an envelope, dip in the egg mixture and fry on both sides in a pan with heated rast. butter until golden brown.
